隨著企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境的惡劣，企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈，迫使企業(yè)加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理。物流是“第三利潤(rùn)源”正越來(lái)越得到電力企業(yè)的認(rèn)同。庫(kù)存管理適當(dāng)與否對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的利潤(rùn)改善有很大的影響，決策得當(dāng)，則可提高效率進(jìn)而創(chuàng)造利潤(rùn)。如何保持合理庫(kù)存，既滿足企業(yè)正常的生產(chǎn)需求，又能合理的減少庫(kù)存成本是目前電力企業(yè)必須要解決的問題。本文根據(jù)如皋市供電公司物資公司的現(xiàn)狀及2009年的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況，結(jié)合現(xiàn)代倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理知識(shí)，提出庫(kù)存控制的研究方案，提升倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理水平，達(dá)到降本增效目的。
